2.6 NicePrice.com.au will attempt to send Your request to 5 service providers within Your general region. You acknowledge that You will hold NicePrice.com.au blameless should You do not receive 5 quotes due to;
a) a lack of Service Providers in Your region;
b) a software or systems failure on the part of NicePrice.com.au
c) the unavailability of Service Providers
2.7 You solely acknowledge that You are not required to use any of the Service Providers that have contacted You on account of Your submission of Your Personal Information to the site.
2.8 You acknowledge NicePrice.com.au does not act on behalf of the Service Providers.
